The Holy Spirit is Important or I was Afraid of what the Choir would Sing

Today during Mass was the emphasis that it's the church's birthday because it's Pentecost Sunday. I was so afraid the choir would start singing "Happy Birthday." It did not. But if the choir did, I would have walked out. I hope we as church never go down that frivolity route during Mass. After Mass and over lunch, my dad said he also thought a happy birthday song was going to bust out during Mass. Oh yeah, the Holy Spirit did get a mention.

I like the Holy Spirit and think I need to hear more about the Holy Spirit and less about birthdays.
